I can support you in a whole host of activities that will make a difference in EDI and people work. From providing training to supporting inclusive recruitment processes, providing on-the-ground help to staff networks or resource groups to drafting sensitive and accessible communications, there’s a lot we can do together.

I have experience project managing and delivering submissions to frameworks, especially the Race Equality Charter and Athena Swan in higher education.
