Having strategies and undertaking reviews are really beneficial for your business, but you’re busy doing the thing you do best and keeping it running, so taking a step back can slip down the list.

Hopefully then, you’ll be pleased to know that I love that spot. I’m pretty into simplifying people processes & guidance, demystifying EDI, reviewing processes and grappling with strategies, so you can get on with what you do best.

I’m Rob.

I’m a Northerner residing in Norfolk, a film studies graduate, avid note-maker and tea aficionado. I’m also a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and a late diagnosed autistic person.

I’m also big on making people work simple, EDI work click, and getting to the root of issues with reviews.

I’ve worked for the most part as an independent consultant and within small & medium charitable, member-led organisations and large public sector institutions in higher education.

I’m experienced in a range of areas, from creating strategies and action plans to conducting thematic and resource reviews, project management, leading framework applications, using and analysing data for equity purposes, supporting staff networks, training and more!
